It has been over 10 years that my family has been with Vicky. She is the owner of this shop who is professionally trained by Vidal Sassoon academy. If you are looking for excellent quality and service, don't look further and come to Vicky. She will listen to your needs and wants and carefully give her suggestion based upon not only your hair health condition but also style that fits your facial shape. She truly cares about her customers so she will take great care of you. If you have a specific hair style in mind, it would be helpful bringing the photos with you and show them to her. The salon has a large space with comfy sofas and chairs with cafe table next to the window. The hair dressers including Vicky constantly sweeps the floor every time they finish so it is always clean. They also have a hot/cold water dispenser with teas and instant coffees so while you wait, you can drink their refreshments and read the magazines. They definitely have a cozy and relaxed vibe like a spa.
I've been getting my hair done by the Vicky for years. Both my parents and brother get their hair done by her as well. I mostly get magic straight - which is done very well. My hair is quite thick and needs skillful cutting; otherwise if not cut well and it grows out, it looks puffy and bad. Every time I get magic straight, she cuts my hair and removes excess hair so that it's lightweight (I get headaches when my hair grows out too long bc of how heavy and thick it is). Vicki understands my hair situation - she also asks questions to check as well and is very helpful when I ask a lot of questions about hair care. My mom gets her hair colored for gray and white hair. She also gets a perm as well. Results are always great and mom has always been pleased. Overall, I highly recommend Vicki. I've been to many hair stylists and have had my hair mishandled on a number of occasions. She knows what she's doing and delivers every time. Thank you!
