After the repipe was completed, the team walked the customer through the whole house, inspecting all the water lines and valves. The city inspector even commented on the quality of their work. My house had a leak from outside of the main pipeline and backyard pipeline, which is a headache because the main pipeline is under the concrete, it would require to open the concrete to fix the existing pipeline which would cost a fortune. 4 plumbers came for an inspection and estimate, Nick is the only one who is professional to do full site inspection to check the leaks and can answer all my questions. In addition, he also provided a solution that doesn't require to open the concrete, which is to install a new pipe under the garden. Their quote is also at a reasonable price. On top of that, due to City inspector's requirement, they've also came 3-4 times for the repair in order to meet City's requirements. Most importantly, they always come and fix the problem promptly. Thank you Nick, Nat, Mark, Danny, Micky and all the team members of All American Repipe & Plumbing. I truly appreciate your prompt assistance to resolve my headache situation. I would highly recommend this plumbing company if anyone who is having a water leak.
I really expected to give this company 5 stars. They were prompt, they got us booked quickly, they worked efficiently and were pleasant to work with. As far as the piping work goes, we have no complaints. We got exactly what we paid for. What took this from 5 to 3 stars is that while they were working they accidentally stepped wrong in our attic and stepped through the ceiling into a light fixture in our kitchen. And that's not the good review deal breaker- accidents happen, we get it. It's that they basically said, oh well, have your dry wall people fix it. As though this was an expected, typical expense we should have planned for and not a mistake entirely on their part. Further, they told us that the light itself wasn't broken, the bulb was just popped out of place and could be put back in. Upon further examination the light itself was absolutely, obviously broken and had to be replaced entirely. We also discovered that they stepped on one of our recessed lights somewhere else in the house and caused damage to the ceiling all around it as well. This would still be a 5 star review if they had been honest about what they did and offered some compensation for the damage they caused (discount or repairing it themselves). But instead we had to pay hundreds more dollars out of pocket, on top of all the other costs we were incurring, to repair the mistakes that they left us with and lied about. Hard to say whether I'd recommend them to anyone, maybe if you have tons of money to patch extra holes in your ceiling?
I contacted Nick from a friend's referral. He came in and gave me the estimate and was very patient to answer all my questions. My home is almost 50 years old and I wanted to repipe to prevent flooding. I am so happy that I chose Nick's team. They are on time, professional, efficient, patient, and thorough.
