I called yesterday to set my provider up with a fingerprinting appointment. Jacqueline was so accommodating and made the process seamless - she answered all my questions and we also included a notary service and they provided an email for me to print out documents right away. Thank you guys for a great service!
Mounir was a pleasure to work with. He succeeded in taking my fingerprints for an FBI background check when others had failed to do so.
He was extremely accommodating and we were able to get my background check translated into French very rapidly. He gave us recommendations on how to get an apostille rapidly and checked back with us to make sure we got the documents sent to the French Embassy in time.
