During the difficult time of making arrangements for a loved one who has passed, you need compassionate people whom you can trust to help you make the right decisions. That is where Ashley Taylor comes in. She was always caring while being very professional; she answered my calls promptly and made me feel as if we were the only grieving family she was dealing with. From the moment we walked into Accu-care Guillermo greeted us and was extremely compassionate, friendly and understanding. He walked us through the whole procedure of how they work and how they do the cremations and so forth and made us feel very comfortable and cared about. I never thought I'd have to be doing that having a loved one cremated but he made it very easy and we really didn't have to do anything and the price was decent they transported my husband to Riverside from Anaheim for the service and back and there was nothing that they wouldn't do for us and they were very professional and stood by their word so I recommend this company to anybody... read full review
