I opened my service account with WM in 2022 and recently closed it. Over the years, WM - Fresno Transfer Station consistently delivered excellent service. Communication around holiday pickup schedules was always clear and timely. I really appreciated the courtesy phone calls when there were issues like overfilled trash—giving me a chance to resolve things before citations came into play. Customer service was helpful, and the overall experience was smooth from start to finish. Highly recommend!

I was missing one of my trash cans (not sure if someone stole it or what?) but I contact WM online and they quickly took my concern and handled it. Within a week I had a new trash can delivered to my curb for free!

Waste Management is awesome I like the service. They don't ignore your request and the bins get picked up in a timely manner. They also send out notifications for holiday pick up schedules. Simple and to the point they provide good quality services... read full review
