My home warranty sent out a plumber who would not get the job done and would not even try so I was referred to call Vern's, They listened and understood the problem and did everything they could have the problem solved within 30 minutes. Great customer service, and great effort to understand the client's needs to get the job done right at a good price.

Customer service seems to be top priority here. That's not a normal occurrence these days with other businesses. I called with a simple question and I received a wealth of beneficial information in a matter of minutes. All my questions were answered and I wasn't bombarded with excessive sales tactics. I'll definitely be calling back for future service.
