I really like my doctor but the admiration is a joke at best. The referral program is virtually nonexistent. I've had to have 3 referrals since I've been there and all 3 took months and at least 10 phone calls each.

I INCLUDED A PHOTO & THIS PLEDGE ON THEIR WEBSITE…. LIES! LIES!! LIES!! I called the call center and spoke to the representative about making a complaint since it’s the HEADQUARTERS today on 9/5/2025. Melissa kept interrupting me RUDE & TALKING AT THE SAME TIME AS ME! Can’t hear anything at this point! FRUSTRATING MORE!! The person named Melissa was the only person it was at 1:04PM spent 15 minutes on the phone asking to speak to the person in charge and Angelica is the only person in charge of the complaints she out of the office OF COURSE 🤬 and then I asked to speak to Melissa’s manager the person answering the call and basically she wouldn’t put the manager...read full review

I called in to see if the urgent care was open and what time it was open and the call center told me it opens at noon and that the next available appointment was at 1:15pm so I scheduled it. however once I got to the Bullard office I was told appointments don't matter for urgent care. when I asked after sitting for 2.5 hours why they had me make an appointment all the office staff said was sorry that's the call center and there's still 4/5 people ahead of you. If you need urgent care I would suggest screw the appointment and just show up early. It is VERY unprofessional for them to offer an appointment then tell you your appointment doesn't matter!!!!
