I recently had a great experience with The Floor Trader Outlet. The crew was prompt, courteous, and efficient. The crew cleaned up well. My floors look absolutely beautiful! Tyler was great to work with. Showed us the carpet we asked about, explained differences, etc without being pushy or trying to get us to buy something in the next 10 minutes.
The aspect I was most impressed with was the attention to detail the installers took. The entire job was getting new carpet on our stairs. The way the padding was installed on each stair was a work of art. I hated to have it covered up by the actual carpet...
