Very confused on the bad reviews.. my experience was awesome . I came in to change my 12v battery there was no appointments available the staff squeeze me in .. they have a beautiful waiting room ..we'll your vehicle is serviced. They offer you snacks water coffee.. some people are just felt they are owed the greatest service in the world . They are doing great in my opinion the staff is very welcoming and helpful . I loved my experience.. Thank you
Another thing these cars and service is given a bad rep on pricing they are very reasonable..
Derrick is a life saver! We were passing through town and unfortunately had our vehicle broken into at the Courtyard Marriott on 140 E Shaw. Derrick was able to replace our passenger window in a few hours and get us back on our trip. Couldn't be more thankful for him fitting us into the schedule last minute.
There is so much negative about Tesla service centers. Give them a break they work hard and i have zero complaints about these guys who have gone out of there way for me on more than one occasion. Thanks guys keep up the good work.
