These guys are amazing, would highly recommend to anyone having plumbing issues. They were very flexible with our schedule and came out very fast. Solved our problems and got us back up and running again. Everyone from the front desk to the service guys are really friendly too. All stars.
Called to have a shower cartridge replaced. Initial estimate included replacing handle since the tech was unable to remove it stating that the set screw was damaged or corroded and he could not remove it. Original estimate was $854. This amount motivated me to see if I could remove the screw myself which I was successful without much effort. I requested another quote based on the successful removal of the handle and it was reasonable.
The technicians arrived promptly, told me the leak was probably in the slab, and gave me a reference for a leak detector person. Given the circumstances, I couldn't ask for more
