We had a seriously overdue Septic Tank that had not received the service it required by the previous owners. Jared did his best to get as much of the tank empty as he could and then Travis recommended a plan and sent his crew out to dig up the tank and install a riser. Scott and Carter both worked fast and efficiently to get the tank opened and get it ready for the pumping the following day. Jared and Travis came out the following evening and made sure to get it back as close to optimal condition as possible all while answering our questions and giving us expert advice. From answering my call to completing my septic tank service Travis was professional, friendly and most of all HONEST. It turns out that a company I had been using for years never properly cleaned the septic tank (they took the liquid and left the sludge) so there was years of buildup (I saw it). It took Travis and his partner almost 2 hours to get everything cleaned up properly. Travis suggested I wait a few months to see if there are further complications because I live in an older home but if this is all I need, then no sense in adding additional work/charges. I will be using Goode Plumbing again, Travis is a solid guy.
On a Friday, I had a water heater that was leaking and was afraid it was going to damage my walls. I called Goode plumbing and Travis Goode came out within the hour. He quickly assessed the issue and quoted me a price for a replacement which was well under an estimated price that I got a year ago from a local competitor. The following Monday, Scott and Carter came out to install the new unit. They did a great job. I am very happy with Goode plumbing. I will definitely use them again for all of my plumbing needs.
