Where do I begin. I have had acne my whole life. Painful cystic acne and it hurt my self esteem over the years. I have been to several dermatologists, prescribed so many topical creams and pills. I even tried a couple of rounds of accutane (temporary fix) . The only thing that worked was spironolactone (blood pressure pill that is used for acne too) however, I didn't want to take that for the rest of my life. I wanted a naturaI remedy.
