Dr. Polach and staff were all very professional, kind, and considerate. Dr. Polach and PA Stefanie Hannah listened and were very thorough in their treatment of an abscess received by a mosquito bite which required numerous visits to treat and drain abcess and schedule additional testing. Will continue to use this Urgent Care and recommend to others

The MA at the front on 12/21 was absolutely one of the very best we have ever come across. I know most will post when something negative occurs however this post is the very complete opposite. Brought my daughter in for a sick visit as it is a sunday and her primary doctor is closed. Not once did we feel rushed or judged or like we were a burden as many and most places and MA's make you feel. Thank you for being an absolute delight and may many learn from your example.

Had a great experience on a Sunday morning. The front desk staff, RosaMarie, was very friendly and accommodating. The provider Dr. Polach was extremely nice, throughout, and explained everything. As we were walking out someone wished us to have a great day and upcoming holiday. Definitely recommend.
