Patients are seen quick and the entire staff was wonderful. NP Karen was very thorough, patient and informative. The X-ray tech was very sweet as well as the front and back staff. The center offers a range of services, from flu shots to physicals, and prides itself on being a cost-effective alternative to emergency rooms. Patients got all their questions answered and received medicine to alleviate the pain. They got a snack and all test results were pretty quick. The staff is gentle and makes patients feel comfortable and well-cared-for. Overall, AFC Urgent Care Fresno is recognized for its commitment to patient satisfaction, making it a reliable choice for urgent care needs.
