I've had First American Home Warranty send Plumbline Plumbing out to our home on 5 different occasions over the last 10 years. Every time they have been fantastic. The only difficulty is when the warranty company tried to refuse coverage that should have been covered based on the policy language, but that was on the warranty company, not Plumbline Plumbing.
Today I had Simon out to clear two stoppages. He was Efficient, Knowledgeable, respectful to our home, and would happily hire them again if the need arose.
Simon from Plumline Plumbing was awesome! Super nice, really thorough, and made sure everything was done right. He even came back just to check in and reassure me that everything was good, which I really appreciated. Great service all around—definitely recommend!
Simon came out and was able to find the problem quickly. AHS would not approve going on the roof to clear the line. Their policy not Plumbline Plumbing's. I've had this problem with AHS before. AHS places financial $$ limits and restrictions on what they will cover unbeknownst to us until a contractor is sent out. Don’t blame Plumline. I called Premiere Plumbing and they came out and solved my drain problem. I'm canceling my AHS contract.
