Excellent Dr. She is so caring and addresses all problems. I feel I was so lucky to have her as my Physician. I would recommend her to everyone.

Wow. Lot's of unhappy people on here. I have a great doctor and think she has a GREAT team that run her practice. The wait from appt. time to seeing Dr. is a bit long (45 minutes?) Personalized care, treatment and listening/connection is excellent. Clean facility. Minus one point for the wait time and for needing to schedule a month or two out but that (I think) unfortunately, both are standard. Overall, I'm satisfied.

Best doctor I have ever had.

I have been with Northwest for about 25 years- from my pediatric doctor to my current primary care doctor. I have never switched out of pure convenience but I think it's time to make a change. For the past couple of years, doctor appointments have been difficult to get with scheduling being pushed out a minimum of a month from the time I call for an appointment. And the waiting time once you arrive at the practice for your appointment is so ridiculous. My last appointment was scheduled at 3:15, I wasn't called back until 4:15, doctor arrived in the room at about 4:30 and I was in my car by 4:45. Of the whole hour and a half I was there, I spent a total of 10 mins with the doctor with minimal eye contact or feeling that I was actually cared for as a patient. My last few appointments and physicals have gone as such.

What can I say , that others haven't already said. Dr Aulakh,preferred choice Dr.
She is the 1st Dr I have personally had that is really concerned on health issues that is happening to her patients. She works together with the specialist assigned to me, to get me back into a healthy state, she takes extra measures to find the problem and come up with a solution .when something can't be addressed, she finds alternatives in order to help me.although she is a very busy Dr .tending to her patients , she doesn't overlook the problems that exist .she finds solution , if that doesn't work , she doesn't give up.Most Drs dismiss it. She goes the extra mile. To find the source of the problem.she is a very soft spoken caring dr.we need more Drs like her.Her staff is top notch too just like Dr Aulakh.theyre a very friendly ,punctual team. I'm thankful to my insurance broker for referring me to this office .
Things that were never address in the past are being addressed now since I've been under her care Thumbs up for Dr Aulakah & her caring staff. She and her staff deserves 100+ ⭐ I tell it like it is.

I am a 25 year plus patient. I started out with Dr Donaldson in 1998. What a blessing she was to my family. She provided care for us until she retired during Covid. After she retired I bounced around a bit but finally landed with Sandra Lee. She is awesome. Keeps it real but kind at the same time. The waits are better. The staff is ok. When they were smaller you knew everybody by name. It's cool though. They are nice girls. I'd recommend Sandra Lee any day, all day!

I made the worst mistake of my life and switched from Kaiser. I've spent 3 months trying to get a Dr. I think I have one with them. I'll never know. I ended up going to urgent care. I explained all my symptoms and all they offered me was anti depressants. I'm in hell

Went to see dr in Nov 2023- still waiting on referrals!! I excused them during 12/2023 due to Christmas and new year holiday. I have contacted them twice in January- no response! Called in 2/2024, lm for office manager- no return call! Went in person 2/2024 spoke to someone on the top tier of the food chain- she handed me three referrals- one sent a couple days ago- the other two apparently in 11/2023. Called 1 referral- was told they sent referral back requesting more info and nothing has been returned. Called other two and they said they never received referral. Called NW Med back and was told referrals person would call me back... three days later and I am still waiting!! Absolutely Ridiculous!!! I would give zero stars but that wasn't an option!

This woman is the best doctor i've ever seeing. Very caring, very understanding and she knows a lot. Just love or attitude. I hope I never lose this doctor.

I am returning 1week later because the medication I was given didnt work. Now, The staff in urgent care told me the doctor would not be in until 5pm, after waiting 3hours for a doctor, I was told I would have to wait until others who just walked in were seen. I waited 3 hours and still have to wait! Rude And I couldn't get an appointment with my primary doctor until 3weeks from now! Wow!
