Johnnie called me this morning telling me he was ahead of schedule and that he could service my house early. I really appreciated that communication. He came and got my unit investigated and serviced. I love the small companies that take so much pride and don’t try to oversell you when they see an older system. He’s already done and went the extra mile to help me change the filters inside. Highly recommend.
These folks were recommended by a member of the HOA. Am I glad I listened. I called for three estimates from three reputable companies. One never returned the estimate, the second tried to hard sell a very expensive unit. Then there was Nagare. Professional, timely, did not charge for expediting the install (within a week) Both of their competitors quoted at least 2 - three weeks out, not unheard of for 100+ degree weeks. These folks arrived on time, with the equipment and finished the job inside of 1 day, not the traditional 3 days as quoted by the others.
