I went here with my mother. Trying something different. When you walk in a masked worker greets you and you fill out a couple things of where you would like to get massages, what areas you refuse to massage. Also if you have any issues that could hurt you from enjoying your massage. From there you go into a waiting room and it's really nice. Calm. You wait to be called back. It is very clean and safe. Ashlee called me back to do the massage. I changed and she came back in. The beds are heated if you would like. I did. You also let the therapist know how you would like it and I said medium. I have been going to Massage Envy for years with a break in my membership for a short time. Yes, the people who work there do a fabulous job; however, I started my membership again for only one reason, Melanie, An esthetician, and someone I am grateful to have discovered a few years ago. The awesome work she does is one of the most relaxing hours (90 minutes is what you will be booking after a few times) that you could treat yourself to any time you want to enjoy time for yourself.
