I would sincerely like to recognize Ms. Ava for her exceptionally outgoing customer service, professionalism, and promptness in helping correct a concern that truly meant so much to me.
Although I do not come in very often, every experience I have had at this Fresno location has been a blessing. Ms. Ava went out of her way to make sure I felt heard, valued, and taken care of, and that type of service deserves recognition.
There is something special about encountering people who understand that great customer service is not just about completing a transaction, its about how you make someone feel. Ms. Ava demonstrated that beautifully.
Me and wife did a couples massage, and it was great! My massage therapist was Kimberly and it was a great experience. Walked out feeling like a million bucks. Will definitely be returning!

Samantha was great! When I was checking out one of the girls at the Frontdesk said your next Facial will be at the nonmember rate. It was kinda awkward timing because I would have thought they would’ve asked me if I wanted to reschedule the next one and then gone over the rates with me but that’s not Samantha’s fault. So I didn’t schedule the next Facial. But five stars for Samantha.
