I made a same day appointment and was seen right away when I arrived. Friendly staff said greetings at the door. Computer based sign in is muchj better than the usual paper sheet. Especially appreciated their phone and text appointment reminders.My nail tech was kind and explained every step along the way. She really listened to what I wanted and even broke down t the costs of the different servicees. They also include a drink. True pampering!Pedicures were excellent in the past and now I'm hooked on manicures and tips with designs as well.Highly recommend this business and the staff.. Worthwhile..

My nails lasted less than 2 weeks from the date I got them. Biggest let down from a nail place in a long time. I really liked the nails I got. The last who did mine was very nice and listened.. my friend had a guy and he was lazy and told her she had to pick something different. Anyways the fact they didn't last 2 weeks tho,, I won't be back

I’ve been to this salon 3 times since it opened. The first time, I had a young man do my nails. He took FOREVER so Jenny stepped in and finished them. The second time, another gentleman did my nails. He was slow and my nails were a mess. I went back in today because I had heard the quality had improved. I walked in and was once again seated with a gentleman. He was slow and his work was initially pretty sloppy, but he was open to feedback and my nails came out great in the end. Would I go back? No. But I do like Jenny and her commitment to her employees.
