Road tripping and unfortunately needed some urgent medical attention. With Kaiser insurance, this location in Fresno, CA was within a 15 minute drive and so I headed to the Emergency Room (since there is no Urgent Care located here). Had no problems checking in, despite being a Southern California KP member. I have to praise the staff for being so attentive and quick. I was so grateful and happy to be in/out of the Emergency room in about an hour! I was pleasantly surprised! Consulted with Dr Andrew Ludwig Krause and he was kind, not the intimidating type of arrogant type of MD's and provided prompt care. Sincere thank you, to the nurses and staff at the KP Fresno Emergency Room, as I was in desperate need of minor, quick medical attention (in reality, last priority in a busy ER) but the staff got me in and back to resuming my road trip in about a hour and a half (spent around 30 minutes at the in house pharmacy). Thank you, sincerely!
Had surgery today with Orthopedic surgeon Dr.Avik @ Fresno Kaiser She is awesome at what she does and so very nice& caring . I highly recommend her. The Anesthesiologist was wonderful he kept the mimosas flowing while I was on the beach in Maui. ( sleeping) And I am here to write this review so a plus lol . And lastly all the nurses in pre op / surgery & recovery were all pros and so nice . The staff always kept me informed of everything prior to surgery & after. Oh and Jaime in scheduling is wonderful. She had to help wuth schedule (3) times and always helpful & friendly.
