‼PARENTS MUST READ‼ I'm writing this review because here at Kaiser I just found out & I am truly flabbergasted that my 12 year old child "it's considered an adult with all medical treatment in any way, shape or form " and that's in the whole state of California! & you As their parent no longer have any type of access to their medical records, treatment, appointments, lab work, etc. there's no way around it unless your minor gives consent with a signature, and still at that the parent has very limited information given to them! Also, the parents are obligated in every way, shape & form to pay for all & any medical treatment, but you as the parent basically have no idea what medical treatment your even paying for, for your loved one/minor child!!
kaiser has continued to deny memy medical records,delay my medical care, falsify documents(have screenshots) and rn fullhart is a manager who is going to get kaiser sued for harassment and discrimination of injustice I will keep going to er and document the negative impact she is doing and being allowed to do she does not run kaiser she doesn't like the way I talked to her and called security and lied sorry everything was recorded she has a foot up her butt to continue violating my rights and medical care due to my chemotherapy I can release the audio and let's see how others like it so if a nurse doesn't like the Way you talk to then they can do whatever? how about if a doesn't like the wind a nurse talked to them can we not pair of co-pays? Can we not pay premiums? Can we not get a better nurse can when I get a diffrent nurse can Kaiser not be called out on their BS? I mean any of this but this or anything so she has power well we'll see how that goes for Kaiser.
Spoke to advice nurse last night Had virtual appoint at 12 noon to interpret for my son in-law No one ever called I left home and have sat here until 130 pm no call received The representative stated they have called THREE times Not to mention she's a rude person So who did they call My phone did not receive one call ???
