I have always gotten excellent care here, whether it be regular appointments, ER visits, or hospital stays. Almost every staff member I’ve interacted with have been caring, competent, and professional. Every once in a while there is someone who is not or may be having a bad day, but overall our family has been very happy with the care we have received. Special thank you to the 4th floor nurses and Anthony who makes the cute animals out of towels.
The nurse navneet was very professional and patient with me very helpful and caring made me feel comfortable I definitely appreciate her help she needs a raise for her kindness and professionalism!
Road tripping and unfortunately needed some urgent medical attention. With Kaiser insurance, this location in Fresno, CA was within a 15 minute drive and so I headed to the Emergency Room (since there is no Urgent Care located here). Had no problems checking in, despite being a Southern California KP member. I have to praise the staff for being so attentive and quick. I was so grateful and happy to be in/out of the Emergency room in about an hour! I was pleasantly surprised! Consulted with Dr Andrew Ludwig Krause and he was kind, not the intimidating type of arrogant type of MD's and provided prompt care. Sincere thank you, to the nurses and staff at the KP Fresno Emergency Room, as I was in desperate need of minor, quick medical attention (in reality, last priority in a busy ER) but the staff got me in and back to resuming my road trip in about a hour and a half (spent around 30 minutes at the in house pharmacy). Thank you, sincerely!
