Tried to get in contact with this business in regards to ordering a replacement diploma. But for whatever reason they refuse to respond to my email. I don't think I will be doing business with them anymore.

Since the schools have contracts with this entity, order as required. But do not add other items such as rings or frames. Especially the frames. Poor quality doesn’t begin to describe how terrible the products are. The corners don’t come together smoothly, the metal prongs are brittle, the papier-mâché inserts are poorly cut at best.

Very disappointed and frustrated. We ordered graduation announcements and received QR code stickers. We asked them to correct the order and they sent QR code stickers again. We are now 3 weeks from graduation and no announcements.
