Be forewarned that this office is HORRIBLE at refilling RX's. I have no Thyroid and require DAILY Thyroid medication. EVERY TIME it needs a refill it relaxes WEEKS to get my RX refilled. They DO NOT return phone calls either. Somwtiems I have to call DAILY for a week. To get something resolved. I CLEARLY need to find a new Doctor!! VERY DISAPOINTED

This review is only for the pediatrician Janelle Fong not the walk in clinic. Dr. Fong really needs her own private office and should not to be associated with the walk in clinic. She’s great! My older kids that are now adults use to see her mom Dr. Lim. The idea of the walk in clinic plus the pediatrician office is bad.

My family and I love Dr Janelle Fong. She's the best!! She's always considerate, caring and understanding. She personally returns calls. She's like family. Her and her mother have been our pediatrician for 15+ The front desk receptionist is always someone new, so far the customer service has been good so far. The woman have always been polite and attentive to our needs.
