Not only does she do amazing color work, but her styling and haircuts show her experience and attention to detail. I’ve tried many hairstylists before, and none of them got it right until I met Diana.
She’s also such a kind and genuine person, which makes the whole experience even better. She really knows what she’s doing—she’s the first stylist who got my blonde perfect without any orange or brassy tones.

This is an updated review from my original in November! I decided to give the salon another try with a different stylist and I’m so glad I did! Brittany is wonderful and very skilled. I have been to her 3 times now, and have also brought my daughter! I plan to bring both of my girls and continue to come as long as she is there! I do want to mention that while I was being serviced today, a woman, who I assume is another stylist, stopped by the booth to comment on how my hair looked shorter from my last service, and “What are you doing to it to make it like that?”I felt that was rude, being that she has no awareness of what personal or medical issues I could be facing...read full review
I had the absolute best experience getting my hair done by Chelsey at JCPenney! She worked her magic, blending the perfect shades to create my dream red color, plus a gorgeous braided style that I’m completely in love with. She’s not only incredibly talented but also so kind and attentive, making the entire appointment enjoyable. My hair feels and looks amazing—I’ve already gotten so many compliments! If you’re looking for a stylist who truly listens and delivers perfection, Chelsey is the one. Highly recommend!
