Very clean and organized! Staff on the floor were helpful, however, there was one employee in particular that wasn’t very friendly. I didn’t catch her name but she checked me out and didn’t have any manners at all. She even took a phone call during the transaction and handed me my receipt with no words! I was in disbelief someone could treat their customers this way. She was dark skinned with a septum piercing. This was on 8/9/2026 around 5:25pm.
Went in to get a couple restock on my faves and may I say the staff was impeccable! Especially a young lady who I believe was named Susan? She was very kind and accommodating to my needs as a customer. I will be coming back!
I had a great experience at Ulta Beauty while shopping A staff member named Kourtine assisted me throughout the entire process, and she was extremely helpful. She spoke very respectfully and took the time to explain each product in detail. Her knowledge and friendly attitude really stood out. I truly appreciate her excellent customer service and would definitely recommend this store because of her.
