I cannot say enough good things about our experience with JC Melton. The whole staff were amazing throughout our experience. It was a stressful time being without AC but they helped however they could. Not only attentive but trustworthy.

We had been looking to change our package unit for awhile. After much research, my husband decided to go with JC Melton Air. They have an excellent reputation and have been in business for a very long time. Many of our friends and family all use them. The installation was completed and we have not had any issues. JC Melton is a name to trust. I had another company look at my unit and they told me I had a cracked heat exchanger and needed a new unit. JC Melton came out and ordered a part. $375 later my house is cool and comfortable. I have them out every year now to service my unit to keep it in tip top condition!!!!
