We are in the process of buying a mixed use building in Merced and needed an inspector to take a look. Jospeh was very easy to deal with and his report was outstanding, very thorough and detailed oriented. It included pictures and it pointed out exactly what areas and problems could be a huge liability for us if not addressed correctly. He also noticed things beyond his scope of work like a parking lot light on during the day.
