We took our male tabby in to be neutered. It was easy to schedule an appointment, and drop off was quick and easy, too. The only issue i had was when we picked our cat up that afternoon, I did not receive the pain medication that I paid for. Luckily, we did not get all the way home before I realized this. I was shocked that a pain medication was a separate fee, especially being that it was only a single dose. I do like, however, that we did not need two separate appointments to have the procedure done.

My experience at HOPE Animal Foundation was 100 percent positive. They took very good care of my dog, Lily, a little Terrier mix who went in for spaying surgery. I had a real sense that these are people who care about the animals they work with. On top of that, their organizational efficiency was outstanding, especially given the high volume of animals they see every day. From booking the appointment to the super efficient check-in procedure to explaining what to expect to picking up the animal, everything went like clockwork. The staff is incredibly kind and understanding, willing to answer questions, and honestly cares about the well-being of your fur baby. The office is clean and very efficient. They keep you updated by text and emails. All of my animals have been cared for by HOPE, and they will continue to be the place we go to for our future babies.
