Dr. Bertolucci is amazing! Caring , detailed and thorough.
The office however is hard to get a hold of and when I went into a prior appointment (after driving 25 min to get there) they didn’t get authorization for me to come from my insurance. Very frustrating. The next visit I asked if they could ask for authorization 4 weeks early instead of 1-2 weeks as it takes a while with my insurance ,they said, “No we can’t do that.” Poor customer service in that area. Took. an hour out of my day by the time I got back home.

I have been seeing this doctor since 2018. He is a highly skilled, respectful specialist, and I feel like he is a friend. I also have great respect for his entire staff.

Your customer service was great. Your employees are so wonderful. They treated me and my granddaughter with much respect. She had to go with me and she didn't get scared because they were very sweet.
