Me and my son loves this park! We are always scouting for new parks and this has been one of our favorites. It's such a nice and clean park. Everything is kept well, and so much trees you won't have to worry much about the sun.
Best. Best. Best. Also, worst. Only in that I so want to just stay home. Don't want to move. However, because I move "the little bit" to get up, dress and go, I am privileged to work hard, to move in purposeful exercises to keep my body moving and getting stronger. Guided by Tara, our trainer who has the knowledge and compassion for ALL women to be strong, to keep moving, to LOVE and LIVE life. She creates an atmosphere so all are supportive of each other. My body does not like me when I don't show up. I would be so stiff. I have energy all day long when I go. Best for my body. Exercise. Move. (Started Aug. 2014)
