They told me to come at 7:45 am for an appointment. They dont even open until 8! When I arrived I was locked out of the lobby and told to wait outside for a "staff meeting" with multiple other patients. Why on earth would you schedule a patient for 7:45 if you dont even open until 8. DO NOT COME HERE

Very disappointed in this place, they charged me a fee upfront that I never got back even though my insurance paid the full bill. They will call and harass you because the insurance hasn't paid the bill, like it's my fault? I had to keep calling my insurance because they wouldn't. They are a bunch of money grubbing shysters.

I went to the Fresno location, and was at first concerned by the lack of communication- no confirmation text or call, which is weird in 2024. Then when I’m called back, I sit in the room, waiting for doc, for over an hour before she sees me- which was their saving grace. Dr. Young was attentive and astute. I’m just sad for the administrative side of things- would have gotten 5 stars, if they could get their ish together.

They should have apologized and made sure to have us return to get the glasses and refund me $49. What an awful experience here! Very rude Optical gal Jocelyn. First, they claim they didn't have my husband's supplemental insurance, which pays for frames and lenses and no copays. Then, they charged a $49 fee for the prescription because they failed to acknowledge the supplemental insurance! No glasses and out $49 because of their ignorance. What else will they forget? Never again!!!

The HR "promised" to call back after my interview and did not. I sent a thank you note and followed with consideration! Hurtful!

I have been a patient here for over 35 years and so has my family. Sadly after today I don't think we will be back. For one, every time I go, it's over an hour wait. I had an appointment today and walked up to the front desk. The girl was sitting there texting on her phone and did not look up until I said "excuse me."She finally looked up and acted very annoyed, and just pointed me towards a kiosk. After I checked in, I waited 45 minutes and went up to the desk to find out when I would be seen as it was way past my appointment time. She again was texting, looked up, again super annoyed, and just told me." there's still about 2 to 3 more people ahead of you to be called." I asked about rescheduling, and when a good time would be because the last few times I've come, I've had to wait over an hour. She just said it's the doctors fault if they get behind. She then went back to her phone and texting. I've never felt like such an inconvenience being a patient in an office before. Sadly, the physicians there have always been great, but I am not going to come back with that kind of treatment from the front desk.

I’m writing on day two of my second cataract intraocular lens surgery. The two weeks between each eye procedure has been a remarkable discovery of something I hadn’t realized I’d lost. Dr. Remington explained the procedure and all, but I truly didn’t expect my results. My world has become a much brighter, COLORFUL and remarkably clear place. I see so many possibilities that I had resigned myself to give up, avoid or dare not dream of. Now I’m excited to explore this new life you have afforded me. I can’t express how happy and grateful I am to Dr.Rodney Remington. I seriously consider you A (my) miracle worker! In awe, Don White

Nice through exam for dry eyes. Very pleasant Dr. Chavez. Discussed what needs to be done to resolve problem. Suggestions, medications, samples, application. Another very good experience.
