Fenglaly Lee MD is an amazing and caring OBGYN practice. The doctors are wonderful, knowledgeable, and take excellent care of their patients. Many report great experiences with labor, delivery, and surgeries like hysterectomies, leading to healthy outcomes. The office is super clean, and the staff is generally sweet, kind, and amazing, with excellent customer service. While waits can sometimes be longer, the overall experience is consistently positive. Patients feel listened to and trust the doctors and nurses, who are dedicated to what is best for both mother and baby.
Staff is very unorganized, rude and unprofessional. I'd give it a 0 stars especially kicking me out of the waiting room as im waiting for my daughter. Her first pregnancy and is nervous being the report that they falsely gave her. Not sympathetic to any situation nor any empathy!
Impossible to get ahold of anyone
Makes you schedule appts for the copay.
Made the doctor aware of my BRCA test results, I asked for a MRI, when the cost of the MRI (after my insurance kicks in) was too high for me to pay, I asked for a mammo (at the very least) and she declined… never in my life have I heard of a physician declining to order a pt a mammo with an abnormal BRCA test result.
Some office staff were nice, but not all.
Canceled everything and finding a new office
The receptionist are extremely rude, unprofessional and lack empathy. First time patient and had no idea they only allow one person and none in the waiting room which was never communicated beforehand. I am a caretaker of my adult daughter with down syndrome who is dependent on me and cannot be left alone. They did not allow her to sit and wait in the waiting room and insisted she waited in the lobby. I am her full time care taker and have no one to leave her with for my appointments. They make stressful times in life while your going though something medically even harder and create barriers to getting the healthcare you need.
