I'm not sure what some of these negative reviews are about—maybe those individuals were having a bad day or projecting their own behavior. My experience was completely different. Kiesha was great—super friendly and patient with all my questions. I highly recommend giving her a call.
The follow-up care at this vet is significantly more affordable than anywhere else I’ve looked, and the quality of service is just as good, if not better. While they are limited in certain procedures, that’s not an issue for me—most of the cost usually comes from follow-ups anyway, and that’s where they really shine.

After getting Rip (our doberman puppy) I called all around looking for a reputable ear cropping vet. After making calls to multiple veterinarians, I decided to go with Elm because of their great explanation about the procedure. The only down fall was a 2 hour drive each way. I am so happy that I made that decision. Dr. Eib was our first contact, and he was very kind. Then Keysha his assistant called us back to the exam room and went over everything about the cropping procedure. I felt very confident that he was in good hands. I was glad that they didn't take my puppy to the back and leave me in a room waiting to talk to the vet. That seems to be the normal procedure... read full review
