My children and I have been coming to Dr. Sivas for years. He is a wonderful doctor. He explains in detail what is needed. Mrs. Sivas is very kind and takes time to ensure that we are happy with the glasses we choose.
Receptionist was very brief and RUDE in person. 3 months later she’s rude again to my husband when we are trying to see if all 4 of my families glasses are ready. Great doctor, he was very professional but her customer service skills were not up to par !! She can’t be bad mouthing other patients in front of customers.
We had Dr Sivas for 17 years before we moved. After his professional service it has been hard to find anyone that meets his standards. He has top quality equipment and takes the time to really look at your eyes. I miss Dr and Mrs Sivas so much.
