They scheduled a dentist appointment for my child at 8am but they do not open until 8:30. Also had a physical for work and the doctor did nothing. He barely said hello before leaving. He didn't do anthing for a regular physical. I don't understand why they operate this way.

My children and I have been going to UHC for years and absolutely adore our doctors and dentist. We visited the Clovis location on Shaw for the first time today. The receptionist, Elizabeth is horrible! Our appointment was at 9:30. She insisted it was at 11:00 and sent us away. I called the call center and they confirmed our appointment was at 9:30. I spoke with the manager and she apologized and also confirmed our appointment was at 9:30. But there was nothing said from Elizabeth. She inconveniened my family and didn't even own up to her mistake. I gave her several chances to make this right but got nothing. Update and edit: I’m changing my review. I’ve not seen the doctor I encounter here again. Dr. M has done a great job with myself and my husband. I moved most of my kids to a pediatrician with United Heath and have been really happy with their servicesAttitude and respect for others matters so much. Its exhausting to wrestle for what your kid needs.I have had a difficult time getting referrals for my kids with " invisible" special needs, and I was instructed to ask for said referrald by other specialist and professionals. When the referrals were granted, most of the time it's been to places that don't meet the need for which we were referred. Sometimes the need listed...read full review
