My technician, Cory, was on time, friendly and knowledgeable. 2 parts were replaced and my 2 older units are running great. Donald P Dick AC was recommended to me and I am now passing that recommendation on to others. I am very happy with the service I received.
Response was faster than I thought it could be when my ac was not working. Called in to request service and it was scheduled within 40 minutes and the problem was fixed shortly thereafter. Amazingly helpful!
This company is so reliable, honest and trustworthy. I never feel like I have been taken advantage of, with work performed. They do what is needed to get the job done, the first time. They also stand behind their work. They are the only hvac company I use or recommend.
