I had a positive experience with the front desk staff from the time I checked in until i left. The nurse practitioner, Parmeet took the time to check any area or mole that was of concern to me and also explained to me what she saw as she was examining so I know what is going on with my body. I appreciate that her and her assistant got me out in a timely manner but didn’t make me feel rushed. Parmeet educated me on the process as well as any concerns I had.
Hands down a great experience, my doctor is always super informative and has answers and solutions to all my skin condition concerns. Lately though the scheduling has become a bit chaotic, with appointments being canceled without me being notified in advance and having to figure that out on my own.
Check in and out was easy. Friendly services, my Doctor was attentive, listened to my issues, made good recommendations and also took the time to see if I need additional medications before leaving.
