This dermatology office is easy to work with. The receptionist on the phone is always helpful. The provider responds in a timely matter to address my concerns. Overall a great experience.
The Only word that would describe this place is WOW!In the beginning there was some minor speed bumps but As busy as Dr. Wong is he took intuitive and put me back on track. Dr. Wong treated me as if I was family. now I'm unable to imagine myself going somewhere else.Thank you Dr. Wong I appreciate your time and patience with me during this important matter.
Very thankful for all the professionals that are a part of the DirectDerm team. From those that answer the phone and schedule appointments. To the office staff and Doctor Wong. All have a great attitude and friendly smile that makes it wonderful to be taken care of by them.
