I ve had at least 3 procedures done w/Dr.K, and I have always felt safe. He always wants to get to the bottom of things, and his staff are wonderful and clearly explain everything. I was referred by one of the top Doctors in Fresno. Since my specialist referred me to Dr. K, I know he has to be top in his field.
I will say the front desk staff can be very short and rude over the phone, but I found my Doctor Mitroo very knowledgeable and had good bedside manner. She talked to me about my pregnancy and the rectal bleeding I was experiencing. Overall I felt comfortable with her doing my colonoscopy procedure, just their staff needs some work. The lady who took my vitals prior to doctor coming in scratched my arm hard trying to get my sleeve up to take my blood pressure. She was also very rude. I would rate higher if their staff was more professional and less cranky. I would rate 3.5 just solely to Mitroo being a good doctor
Dr. Aujla is one of the best Dr's I have ever had in my life. She is compassionate, determined to find the cause of the issue and she really takes the time to listen to what's going on. A little plus is she is funny too sometimes. The office staff is always quick and very nice as well
