It was fast and easy for the service call! They serviced and washed the coils and replaced the filters our commercial property and found out motors had burned out so they ordered 2 motors for us. They came to replace as soon as the motors came in there shipment from east coast.

07/12/2024 To make a long story short(er) we were 3 days into Triple Digit heat without our AC, and it was getting unbearable. Did not think they would be able to make it out until the next Monday at the earliest (so no AC over the weekend) and yet we got a call on late morning Friday letting us know they were on the way. In the first five minutes of being here and talking to the Technician I felt so much better, and in fact that if something had to be ordered he would do what he could to get us through the weekend until a permanent fix could be done on our unit. I would like to tell you the Service I received from this company was far greater than what I received at my doctor's office. This company is 1000% competent and hard working with impeccable customer service. Their magnet made it on my refrigerator. I highly, highly recommend this service.
