Edited from 2 stars to 1 now that I've washed and straightened my hair I see it's not even at all. The left side is visibly longer than the right so now I will have to wear my hair up until I can get this fixed. This stylist needs to be re trained. Pathetic... I have been here once before in the past and Kim was fantastic. Today I decided to get another cut here so I booked an appointment through the app to be seen by Kim once again. I arrived a few minutes early and stated my name and who I was there to see and the woman who was up front couldn't find me in the system at first but finally got me checked in and took me back to the chair. I don't remember exactly what Kim looked like but I'm 80% sure this wasn't her though I can't be certain as this woman never mentioned her name or had a name tag. During my cut, the women never once initiated conversation. She asked me at the end of it if it looked ok and I told her one side looked a little weird and she agreed but proceeded to say she didn't know why. Nothing was done about it as she didn't know how to fix it...I also had to ask her if I could look at the back of my hair before leaving as she was sort of rushing me out and didn't offer to let me see it or ask if I wanted it styled etc. when paying, her name on the receipt showed as Shellie. Very unprofessional to switch stylists and not let the customer know even though they specifically requested someone. Will not be back.

The ladies who cut mine and my moms hair were very nice. Did a fine job, however we had scheduled appointments with two specific people. When we got there we were told both of the people we had scheduled had gone home. We weren't contacted about the change of stylists. Overall this place is pretty fantastic.

It was nice the lady i hade was very nice she did my hair pretty fast could have been better but she did cut the back of my ear pretty good didnt notice until i got home.

I normally go into see Rose, but I had just missed her so I went to get my hair done by Kim the manager for the first time. I had to hold my breath during my haircut due to the smell of the cigarettes and smell of pet urine. Not professional at all. I would wait to see Rose next time.

Try and find a good barber on a Sunday. It's impossible. So I come here since it's close. Kids all over the place. You have to register in their computer with First/Last name and telephone number. Smells like hair dye and desperation. Don't be lazy like me, guys. Go to a barber.

Couldn't remember her name but the stylist( older lady with dark hair) was very nosy. I just went in to get my hair done but she kept asking about my personal business.. She need to understand the different between Friendly and Nosy....

Came in for a color but left with a huge dark patch of hair in the back. One stylist colored me and the other did the cutting and neither one of them said anything. Going out of town tomorrow morning with no time to get it corrected. So frustrated

Let me start by saying this was my first visit to this salon. When I called and made an appointment it seemed like the stylist didnt have enough time on that day. I told her I didnt want her to be in a rush to cut and color my hair. She agreed and said because she has never seen me she would give herself plenty of time. I arrive about 10 minutes early. I showed her a picture of what I was wanting. Some bangs in front and my layers cleaned up. She colored my hair which I have no complaints. During the time my hair was coloring she cut a couple of boys hair. She rinsed my hair and hurriedly began to dry my hair. I wasn't sure if she normally cuts hair dry or forgot that I also wanted a cut. She said to another patron that she would be right with them. Now before she cut my bangs I expressed to her I didnt want to look like Betty Boop. She cut my hair in about 10 minutes. Surprise..... I have bangs that look like a 5 yr old did them. How can you cut bangs too short when you cut them dry? DOUBLE BOOKING!!! If you get Bianca make sure she listens to you and isn't rushed. I have gotten better haircuts at supercuts. What a waste of 70.00!! Never going back and wouldnt recommend.

Not reliable at all!!! I had a big event coming up and I was going to get my hair done by serine or serina I can't remember her name,but she wasn't available and I was told by another employee to just go somewhere else that's she's not going to be there. Even though it was scheduled and she knew she had a client who needed her she didn't care to show up.
