If you’re looking for somebody who will work with you from beginning to the end, focusing on your goals, commenting as appropriate in regards to what needs to be changed in your diet to reach your goals – she is the one for you. I’ve been with Coach cat for almost seven months and I’ve had drastic changes In my overall physique that I am very happy with.
If you decide to sign up with her, and you don’t see any change in two months – you’re the problem. She does her part however it’s also very vital that you do your part to reach your maximum potential.
