I’d give a -0 if it was possible. Horrible experience dropped off formal dress to get pressed only and picked it up with massive scratches all over ( tiny holes & tears ) the owner Martin had nerve to say we dropped it off like that. I told him absolutely not that the clerk Kassandra verified that it was brand new with tags attached and no damage. He kept insisting that we brought it like that with the evidence clearly not stating on invoice it had no damage. His attitude was soooo unprofessional and extremely rude. 2 of the clerks apologized with sympathy while he kept on pointing the finger at me. My daughters dress cannot be replaced in time for her event. Terrible... read full review

This place is horrible, my daughter dropped off a jersey and they lost it. Keep giving excuses. Give them a few more days; will call back. They don't call back and still no jersey after a month. Standing in the store and Owner won't talk to us just keeps saying she will call the employee back. She is so busy, there has been one customer in her since I got here. It's 140$ jersey and the store is acting like it's nothing, no care no service no follow thru. Don't trust them with your stuff. We have been more then patient, just want the cash so she can get her boyfriend the new one.

Horrible customer service. When I dropped off I was given a receipt for $16 and I get there to pick, new price $60, I understand mistakes happen but there is ways to communicate with a customer and this place does NOT know how to do that . Very disappointed
