Clinica Sierra Vista Elm Community Health Center is a long-standing clinic where families have been taken for over 24 years without any problems. The doctors and nurses are described as great, friendly, and professional. Staff are kind, helpful, funny, and comforting, creating a positive atmosphere. Wait times for appointments and walk-ins are generally not long, and service is efficient and fast. While most experiences are very positive, there can be occasional issues with communication, such as staff mumbling on the phone.
OUTSTANDING PATIENT SERVICES! My doctor is an excellent and legitimately caring doctor. THANK YOU DR IKENNA NWOSU!!! He legitimately cares about his patients as well as the rest of the staff that I've seen.
This review are for the nurses who call my phone, but never leave a message as to why they're calling. If I miss a call and try to call back, I'm having to deal with a call center who ask one too many questions when all I'm trying to do is reach the particular office/ nurse who called my phone, but didn't leave a message as to why or providing a direct number i could call to find out why... This is has happened on more than a few occasions, and it's truly frustrating that these nurses are so unprofessional. I’ve tried calling multiple times to get help rescheduling, but the staff seem very disorganized and unable to assist properly.
Every time I call, no one seems to know what’s going on or how to help, and when I visited the office the staff appeared to be sitting around talking rather than helping patients. In a medical profession, patients depend on clear communication and professionalism, and unfortunately that was completely lacking here.
Ihope the office improves their communication and takes patient concerns more seriously in the future.
