We were given hours to find someplace to take care of my father upon his passing so I googled funeral homes and Cherished was the first to pop up, so I called because I am clueless how it all goes, I guess we are never prepared not really. Anyhow Cecil Martin answered the phone and was so kind and helpful and answered questions that I didn’t know needed to be asked, he walked me through everything and how it would be handled at the time of my father’s passing and it went even better than he explained, the men who came to retrieve his body were so professional, kind RESPECTFUL and gentle! Our father passed away unexpectedly, and my sister and I were responsible for making all the arrangements. Cecil Martin was kind, respectful, and incredibly helpful during one of the hardest times in our lives. The cremation process was handled with care and dignity, and Cecil made sure we understood everything without overwhelming us. We’re so grateful for his compassion and professionalism.
From the moment i walked in i was greeted and helped by Michael, he’s so kind and comforting during a difficult time, up until the very last minute he did everything he could. Cecil and Michael I am very grateful for helping me with the loss of my father.
