Three amazing woman showed up to do a very deep clean. I only got Elizabeth's name, but they all were so professional, sweet and made this house look brand new, all while my entire family was home. I can't thank them enough for making me feel like family.

We used them for a move out cleaning and used their recommended carpet cleaning service. They did NOT deep clean at all and the carpet service they recommended scuffed up (and left black marks) all over the base boards and neither company would take accountability and come clean up the scuff marks. They refused to give us a refund and I ended up having to re do (and repair the baseboards) on my own while 9 months pregnant with a high risk pregnancy. DO NOT USE THEM!

If I could give ZERO stars, I would. I have NEVER dealt with a company such as this one. They quickly took my money and then never showed up to perform the service. They had multiple no shows--no calls to reschedule, nothing. They just didn't bother showing up. This went on for months. Then they had the audacity to say that they had completed the service even though previous emails said they hadn't and they hadn't shown up since. I gave them multiple opportunities to remedy the situation and they didn't. I even tried calling the owner and got ignored there too.
