The office has clear hours, open Monday through Thursday from 7:30 am to 6:00 pm, with weekends and Fridays closed. The team, including Dr. Mason and NP Carlye, provides excellent care during pregnancies, making patients feel safe and heard throughout their visits and deliveries. The office is clean, organized, and easy to contact through the MyChart app, with staff responding quickly. Overall, CVWHA is highly recommended for its compassionate, efficient, and comprehensive healthcare services.
I am just wondering if anyone else often experiences super long wait times here. This is my third pregnancy with this clinic— specifically Dr. Mason, and I just can’t believe the wait times. Today, I had an appointment at 10 am. It is now currently 11:03 am and still haven’t been seen. This doesn’t happen every single time, but it has happened on multiple occasions.
At other offices, as soon as you check-in, if they know the doctor is behind schedule they usually let the patient know out of courtesy.
I don’t understand why waiting over an hour should be acceptable.
Horrible phone system. Can't get ahold of anyone, on hold for a really long time just to be sent to a voicemail. Requested medical records and that's taking forever to receive. Was supposed to be referred to a specialist and they said that someone would call me to make that appointment. It's been a month and no one has called. I've never even seen a Dr it's mostly the nurses that do anything so idk why there are even Drs there. It's also extremely expensive but that might just be everywhere right now. I would not recommend this office if you want to actually get things taken care of. Giving 2 stars only for the nurses because they are doing all the dang work it seems.
As of 05/17/2024 per out of office message at the business, this office is open M-Th 7:30am - 6:00pm and closed on Fridays and weekend. Their website does not list the hours (as far as I can see)
