The office has clear hours, open Monday through Thursday from 7:30 am to 6:00 pm, with weekends and Fridays closed. The office is clean, organized, and easy to contact through the MyChart app, with staff responding quickly. As of 05/17/2024 per out of office message at the business, this office is open M-Th 7:30am - 6:00pm and closed on Fridays and weekend. Their website does not list the hours (as far as I can see)
I don’t understand the negative reviews. I’ve come here for all three of my pregnancies which include two losses and every single time they get you in right away and are very informative. Dr Mason, his nurse practitioners, medical assistants, and the front office staff they all are great and very friendly. Highly recommend!
I can say numerous good things about Dr. Mason. He was my OB for my second pregnancy. He took really good care of me through the pregnancy and most importantly my delivery. I had an induction and he made me feel so safe and heard the entire time. This office has an excellent team of professionals that handle paid leave in a timely manner and prioritize making patients lives easier during the transition. NP Carlye is fantastic as well. I saw her quite a bit and she always made me feel comfortable and safe. The office is clean and organized in addition to providing good quality care. The physicians are easy to get ahold of using the MyChart app you can send them messages. Both Dr. Mason and Carlye responded to me so quick each time I reached out. You won't regret trusting this office with you and your baby's care!
