Brandon answered all my questions (even the ones I didn’t know I had). He worked hard to give me an estimate I might be able to accomplish (with help from my son). He explained things in language I could understand.
AC tech removed the grill around the condensing unit as part of our annual check up before summer. It was filthy dirty. No one had ever done this from other companies. It made our ac better and more efficient. We will have CIC again. Great job!
