What a true blessing Bethany’s course has been to my life! Bethany is very knowledgeable about women’s issues especially regarding menstrual phases. I had no idea that my life was run by these four phases as a woman. I felt alone and powerless in the past three decades of my life. No doctor could help me, instead they put on birth control pills at the age of 18 when I did not need them to control my menstrual cramps. I felt connected to the group of women and Bethany in my course that provided emotional and loving support during the Heal your cycle, heal your life course.
