We replaced all of the windows for our house with Big Valley windows in 2021. 6 mos later a window cracked in the front of our home and 2 years later we are still asking them to replace it. We are willing to pay, even though it’s under warranty, and they still won’t come out and do the work. I would never use them again and I would never recommend them to anyone. They did a great job installing the windows, a sliding glass door and a large livingroom picture window. Had to order a special odd sized small bathroom window. The dual pane windows help with sound, cold and heat. The workers were well-trained and professional. I am happy with the new windows.
